Steven Ingenito
President/CEO
Mr. Ingenito is a highly decorated and accomplished, retired New York State Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) with well over thirty years of experience. He has extensive experience in directing, managing, and conducting a wide variety of security services and operations worldwide, professionally, during his time with the military and as a Private Military Contractor. He is a certified New York State Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and former volunteer firefighter Captain certified in the National Incident Management Systems ICS-100, ICS-200, ICS-300, ICS-700 and ICS-800. He worked as a close protection operative, successfully completed over 200 executive protection and security operations throughout more than 15 countries in operational environments categorized as hostile and semi-permissive.
Mr. Ingenito has managed and coordinated dynamic security operations and executive protection details in support of former and current U.S. Heads of State, as well as local government officials. He has provided executive protection services to various musical artists, actors, celebrities, and high-value C-suite fortune 100 executives. Additionally, he successfully coordinated and conducted the safe/secure transport of prominent, high net-worth personnel and their family members domestically and abroad.

William Chan
Director of Operations North America (North), CPP
- William Chan is a former Law Enforcement Officer with 13 years of service for the City of New York as a police officer within NYPD. Mr. Chan’s career began in 2008 as a patrol officer working assignments in Queens predominantly covering the 102nd, 103rd, & 113th precincts where he eventually transfered into plainclothes working the anti-crime unit of commands he was assigned.
- William Chan separated service in 2021 after a successful career for personal reasons. He vested out under retirement status and since separation has worked providing full spectrum personal protective services for C-suite executives and family members, musical artist, A-list celebrities, and Fortune 100 corporate entities. Lastly, Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Berkeley College in White Plains, NY

Jake Rine
Director of Operations North America (South), CPP
Jake Rine is a professional Executive Protection Operative who is proficient in the dynamics of surveillance, counter-surveillance, close protection, martial arts (Ju-Jitsu), boxing, kick-boxing, close quarter hand to hand combat, firearm and high caliber weapons use. Mr. Rine regularly exercises and maintains his physical well-being, making him a well sought after operative.
Mr. Rine grew up in the United States Marine Corps as the son of a career military father, this environment provided him with a level of worldly knowledge, structure, education and experience uncommon to most individuals. He is truly comfortable working in both 1st world and 3rd world nations while on assignment providing personalized protective services to UHNW individuals, Fortune 100 C-suite executives, celebrities and musical artists .
Lastly, Jake Rine holds a Bachelors of Arts degree earned at the University of West Florida. He has well over 12 years of experience managing and directing employees, schedules and client accounts.

John Grodin
Account Manager, CPP, Investigator
John Grodin is an accomplished, retired New York City Police Department Lieutenant. He worked in various commands and positions throughout his career within the NYPD. Mr. Grodin completed Specialized Protective Security Training (Dignitary Protection), Investigation Methods and Training, Internal Affairs training and is certified in the Citywide and National Incident Management Systems ICS-100, ICS-200, ICS-300 and ICS-700. He has qualified in emergency vehicle operation (E.V.O.C) and has received first aid training mandatory for New York City Police officers.
Through his career, John Grodin has been assigned to high profile assignments such as the Republican National Convention, United Nations General Assembly and Papal visit to name a few. He has used his training and leadership skillset to succeed in all assignments presented to him. He was assigned as a Lieutenant with the Manhattan South Investigations Unit. While in this assignment he successfully supervised and assisted in hundreds of investigations as a member of the NYPD Shootings Team. A team assigned to investigate all firearm discharges by a police officer of the NYPD. After action reports were provided to executive members of the police department for review and determinations. Additional assignment as a Lieutenant was within the Narcotics Destruction Unit. Mr. Grodin was instrumental and essential for the security plans instituted by the New York City Police Department for all personnel during the commission of narcotics to be destroyed. The logistics of this planning included heavy weapons, vehicle & personnel allocations, and route assignments to the designated site for destruction of approximately four tons of illegally seized narcotics annually.
Since retiring from the New York City Police Department, John Grodin has provided consulting and security services for actors, models, set locations and fortune 100 ultra high net worth individuals.
